Somatic Stretching
Bringing awareness to the body, to find where your stress is causing discomfort, is the first step of releasing tension, through somatic stretching. This can be done by intentionally,and slowly scanning the body from head to toe to find areas of distress and tightness.
There are various forms of somatic stretching and exercise. Many of these forms are based on the contracting and releasing of muscles... Our Classes are about bringing intent into your life, and to help you through that stored stress.

Our breathwork classes offer a powerful tool to help you alleviate stress, work through hidden pain, and can bring you to a different point of perception. The breath is so important!! It's the first, and the last thing we'll ever do. It can transport you to another place or hold you in place...We offer trauma breath classes, stress freedom breathing, as well as Yahweh Breath class for the christian..
